Can my ODEON Points be refunded?

Once sold, tickets are not exchangeable or refundable. However in certain circumstances tickets can be cancelled and points refunded at the managers discretion.

Can we split ODEON Points across multiple ODEON Première Club cards if paying in a single transaction?

It is not possible to spilt ODEON Points across ODEON Première Club cards. Payments have to be made separately.

How do I activate my ODEON Premiere Club card?

You can activate your ODEON Première Club card online just select here to go to the online activation page (opens in a new window). To complete this you will need your ODEON Première Club card number and the PIN number, which can be found on the reverse of the card.

Alternatively, complete the activation form included in your welcome pack and return it to the address provided or hand it in at your local cinema.

It is not possible to change your ODEON Première Club Film Fan Package from one to another once purchase has been made. Guests can only have one email address per card number.

If there is more than one ODEON Première Club points promotion, will I get the points from both promotions?

ODEON Première Club points promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other points promotions (unless stated). If there is more than one points promotion running at the same time, you will receive the highest points offer.

Depending on how you´ve earned your points, they´ll normally be available for you to redeem at different times.

Introductory ODEON Points – 3 days from the day after you join the Club.
ODEON Points on film tickets – 24 hours after the performance has ended
ODEON Points on retail items – within 24 hours

What are the different Film Fan Packages for the ODEON Première Club ?

There are two different Film Fan Packages in ODEON Première Club. The Classic Film Fan Package costs €1.99 with 100 introductory ODEON Points to your account and the Ultimate Film Fan Package costs €9.99 with 1000 introductory ODEON Points with one month double ODEON Points.

Why have I been asked to provide an email address? I do not want any email communications from ODEON Première Club.

If you have not ticked to receive marketing communications then your email address will not be used other than to send you a copy of our Terms and Conditions and information on changes to our ODEON Première Club that might affect you. Should you wish to opt into our marketing communications you can do this by logging into your account and changing your options. It is also just as simple to opt out of our communications.

Earning Points

You can earn Points on:
Purchases of cinema tickets, food and drink in Cinema (including at automatic ticket machines), all ODEON Plus screenings, redeeming paper gift vouchers at the cinema Box Office and cinema tickets via the Website.



Excludes:
Purchases via the ODEON Filmline; purchases of tickets for charity and special screenings; alcoholic drinks; goods and services sold on behalf of a third party; corporate purchases; purchases of paper gift vouchers/ electronic gift cards, and any promotional vouchers/incentives.

You'll earn 10 ODEON Points for every full Euro you spend at ODEON cinemas or here at odeoncinemas.ie. Just hand your card over before you buy or, once you've activated your card, log in before you buy.

You can spend your points on all standard film showings, all non-live ODEON Plus screenings from 800 points upwards excluding recorded events with a live element eg: Q&A / gig. Points cannot be spent on: live ODEON Plus events, purchases of tickets for Charity and special screenings.

Redeeming ODEON Points

You can redeem your Points against purchases of cinema tickets at Cinemas (including automatic ticket machines) or via the Website, selected retail items (ie small loose popcorn/small dispensed soft drink in cinema). All online redemption prices include a 50 ODEON Première Club points Remote Booking Fee per ticket.

You cannot redeem Points against: purchases via the ODEON Filmline; purchases of alcohol; purchases of paper or electronic gift vouchers; Costa Coffee; purchases of goods and services sold on behalf of a third party and purchases of tickets to private showings. Points cannot be redeemed until your Card is activated and the Points credited to your account, and Introductory Points cannot be redeemed during the 3 days after the day you joined the Club. When purchasing tickets online, ensure you are logged into your ODEON Première Club account to have your account information attached to your booking. When purchasing tickets and/or retail in cinema then please produce your ODEON Première Club card at the beginning of the transaction.

I have purchased tickets online using my ODEON Première Club, do I need to pay a Remote Booking Fee?

Yes. The Remote Booking Fee of 50 ODEON Première Club points is a fee for booking your tickets remotely.  If you do not wish to pay the Remote Booking Fee you can still purchase your tickets at the cinema Box Office or ATM where no Remote Booking Fee will apply.

What is the ODEON Première Club online discount?

ODEON Première Club members can get an online discount when booking standard and Premier tickets online, and through our iPhone and Android apps and through our mobile site.

Discount will be applied to the price of the ticket only, and will not be applied to the Remote Booking Fee.

Film Fan Monday gives all our ODEON Première Club cardholders a fantastic 25% off their ticket price every Monday! (discount does not apply to Remote Booking Fee when booking online).  Only applies to one ticket for the cardholders personal use only and only for performances on Monday. Does not apply to Child or Family tickets and only applies to Teen tickets where the cardholder is 16 or 17. Not available for Odeon Plus, special screenings or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Not available over the Filmline or using points.
