There are two different Film Fan Packages in ODEON Première Club. The Classic Film Fan Package costs €1.99 with 100 introductory ODEON Points to your account and the Ultimate Film Fan Package costs €9.99 with 1000 introductory ODEON Points with double ODEON Points for the first month.
Earning ODEON Points
You'll earn 10 ODEON Points for every full Euro you spend at ODEON cinemas or here at odeoncinemas.ie. Just hand your card over before you buy or, once you've activated your card, log in before you buy.

You can spend your points on all standard film showings, all non-live Event Cinema screenings from 800 points upwards excluding recorded events with a live element eg: Q&A / gig. Points cannot be spent on: live Event Cinema, purchases of tickets for Charity and special screenings.

You can earn Points on: Purchases of cinema tickets, food and drink in Cinema (including at automatic ticket machines), redeeming paper gift vouchers at the cinema Box Office, cinema tickets via the Website. Excludes: alcoholic drinks; Costa Coffee; goods and services sold on behalf of a third party; corporate purchases; purchases of paper gift vouchers/ electronic gift cards, and any promotional vouchers/incentives.
You can redeem your Points against purchases of cinema tickets at Cinemas (including automatic ticket machines) or via the Website, selected retail items ie small loose popcorn/small dispensed soft drink in cinema. You cannot redeem Points against: purchases of alcohol;purchases of paper gift vouchers / electronic gift cards; Costa Coffee; purchases of goods and services sold on behalf of a third party and purchases of tickets to private showings. Points cannot be redeemed until your Card is activated and the Points credited to your account, and Introductory Points cannot be redeemed during the 3 days after the day you joined the Club. When purchasing tickets online, ensure you are logged into your ODEON Première Club account to have your account information attached to your booking. When purchasing tickets and/or retail in cinema then please produce your ODEON Première Club card at the beginning of the transaction.
Earned ODEON Points are usually added to your account within 24 hours of the performance, points earned on retail (food, drinks and snacks etc) will be added within 24 hours (please note that in some cases it can take up to 3 days).
Once sold, tickets are not exchangeble or refundable. However in certain circumstances tickets can be cancelled and points refunded at the managers discretion.
It is not possible to redeem ODEON Points from multiple ODEON Première Club cards. If more than one card is to be used, two different transactions will need to be made. Note, the ODEON Première Club card holder needs to be logged in when redeeming / earning ODEON Points.
You can join ODEON Première Club in two ways: 1/ online by selecting here to go to our online joining page or 2/ by purchasing an ODEON Première Club card in your local cinema - and activating your card online or by returning your activation form to us.
Anyone over the age of 16 who lives in the UK can join the ODEON Première Club.
You can activate your ODEON Première Club card online just select here to go to the online activation page. To complete this you will need your ODEON Première Club card number and the PIN number, which can be found on the reverse of the card. Alternatively, complete the activation form included in your welcome pack and return it to us in the envelope provided or hand it in at your local cinema.
Once you have joined ODEON Première Club you will receive your ODEON Première Club card and literature on the benefits. For in-cinema registrations you will also receive a registration form. Terms and conditions apply.
You can amend all of your personal details online by logging on to your ODEON Première Club or MyODEON account at the top of every website page'.
Please report all lost ODEON Première Club cards by calling the ODEON Première Club Helpline number or by using the Contact Us form. Both of which are available on our 'Contact Us' page. If your card is damaged - a replacement ODEON Première Club card can be ordered by sending in your old card (ensuring you take a note of your card number), a self addressed envelope and a contact telephone number to Freepost ODEON Première Club.

Introductory ODEON Points can be used -3 days after you join the Club.
Depending on how you´ve earned your points, they´ll normally be available for you to redeem at different times. ODEON Points on film tickets -24 hours after the performance has ended and retail items -within 24 hours.
Please remember that you will need to activate your ODEON Première Club card before redeeming points.
Your ODEON Points will be visible when you are logged into your account. In cinemas you will see your ODEON Points balance on the bottom of your receipt.
It is only possible to earn ODEON Points on family or friends ticket and/or retail purchases if you are making payment for them.
To do this, you can log into your account and change your communication preferences at any time. This can be found in the 'My Details' section once logged in.
It is not possible to credit your ticket and retail purchases to a friend or families ODEON Première Club card, however if you are over 16 years old then you can join the ODEON Première Club by selecting here or at your local ODEON cinema.
ODEON Points can be credited to your ODEON Première Club account by keeping hold of your receipt and sending to FREEPOST ODEON Premiere Club to be added manually. Please remember to include a contact phone number and your ODEON Premiere Club Card number

It is not possible to purchase an ODEON Première Club card for a friend or family. However if they are over the age of 16 years old they can purchase their own ODEON Première Club card by selecting here or asking at a participating cinema.
It is not possible to change your ODEON Première Club Film Fan Package from one to another once purchase has been made. Guests can only have one email address per card number.
It is not possible to purchase more than one ODEON Première Club card.

It is not possible to spilt ODEON Points across ODEON Première Club cards. Payments have to be made separately.
ODEON Points can be credited to your ODEON Première Club account by sending your ticket stubs / receipts, your ODEON Première Club card number and contact phone number to the email or Freepost address found on our "Contact Us" page.
Your security question and answer would enable us to verify your identity when calling the helpline with a query to enable us to identify you and avoid fraudulent activity.

If you have not ticked to receive marketing communications then your email address will not be used other than to send you a copy of our Terms and Conditions and information on changes to our ODEON Première Club that might effect you. Should you wish to opt into our marketing communications you can do this by logging into your account and changing your options. It is also just as simple to opt out of our communications.
ODEON Première Club points promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other points promotions (unless stated). If there is more than one points promotion running at the same time, you will receive the highest points offer.
The points you earn will expire 28 days after they were earned unless you activate your card.
It is not possible to earn ODEON Points on any promotional vouchers or incentives.

The ODEON Première Club is not available for corporate buyers, it is for personal use only.
You cannot earn ODEON Points on Gift Card/Voucher purchases. ODEON Points will be allocated when the Gift Card/Vouchers are redeemed to purchase tickets or food and drink

You need to be registered with ODEON and logged into our website to be able to rate and/or to review film. Once you are logged on, select your film and simply drag your mouse over the stars to change the rating from the current average rating to your own personal rating. To write a review this can be found on the film page and click on 'Write your own'.
If a film is yet to be released you can mark the 'buzz' rating to let other film fans know how excited you are about an upcoming release.

There are cinemas in the UK and Ireland under the "ODEON" brand name. We also have the ABC in Bournemouth.
UCI branded cinemas are in Germany, Italy, Austria, Portugal and Spain (under the brand Cinesa).
The minimum age to apply for ODEON Première Club is 16 years old.
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not be passing any users details to any other companies (other than those within the employ of ODEON) so that they can contact you directly. You will only receive communication from ODEON as a result of registering on the ODEON website. You will also only receive this communication from ODEON if you have given us your explicit consent by clicking the appropriate boxes when registering. From time to time we may, however, include relevant third parties or companies in our communications if we believe this will add value to our communications. You can change various permissions once logged into your account.
ODEON Points will be credited to your ODEON Première Club account 24 hours after the actual performance date or purchasing any retail items.
If you believe there are any points missing then send your ticket stubs / receipts, your ODEON Première Club card number and contact phone number to the email or Freepost address found on our "Contact Us" page.
When you register with us you can make sure you never miss that 'must see' film by opting in to receive Cinemail, a weekly email containing information on the latest films, performance times and up-to-the minute offers at your local ODEON. You will also be able to specify the information you wish to receive so you get all the info you want and nothing you don't. Once logged into the website you will also be able to review & rate films and participate in some advance features coming soon!
We may use your personal details to send you information and offers from ODEON or to tell you about offers from other companies - however the email will come from ourselves and we will not pass your details to other companies. If you do not wish to receive communications from ODEON with information or offers from ODEON or other companies, you can change your preference details by logging onto the website and selecting "My Details." The only situation where we will release your personal information to external bodies is where we are required by law in order to prevent fraud or to protect the interests of ODEON or its guests.
Your introductory ODEON Points can't be spent during the 3 days after you purchased your ODEON Première Club card.
Your ODEON Première Club card must be activated before you can redeem your ODEON Points.

In order for us to cancel your card we need to discuss this process with you directly.
It takes our system a little time to reflect these changes in your points balance.
Points earned from ticket purchases are credited to your account within 24 hours of the performance. Points earned from other transactions are credited to your account within 24 hours of the transaction.
In circumstances of system failure, we may be temporarily unable to award Points and your account balance may be incorrect or out of date.
