Young British actor Asa Butterfield is brilliant as the lead in this film, and it's worth seeing the film just for his startlingly mature performance. There isn't a dull moment, and there is even some originality to the plot. Well worth seeing!

amazing effects

Great special effects, so glad I saw this at the cinema than on bluray :D Im fan of the written series on ender game so the film seemed but a summary of the book though the film is a couple of hours+. So I hope the directors cut is MUCH longer.

Great Characters

Ender's Game is a great film; I've never read the book, so don't know how it compares, but the characterisation and acting is excellent. There is lots of action, but an equal amount of heart. The visual effects are stunning too.
