Jason Bourne

Strong weapons and hand to hand combat action consistent with previous films in this franchise.

About this Film

Jason Bourne

ODEON says...
Years ago, ‘Jason Bourne’ dismantled the Treadstone programme and brought those in charge to justice. Then he disappeared. Now, he’s resurfaced onto the global stage – but no one knows why.

He remembers everything about his past, but that doesn’t mean he knows anything about the future. The world is at war, and it needs the perfect weapon. It’s time for Bourne to come back.

Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass return to the ‘Jason Bourne’ franchise after nearly ten years away. You know his name, but you still don’t know the whole story.

I was really looking forward to see this film as I have enjoyed all of the other Bourne films. To me it seemed like they were trying to tick as many boxes as possible to keep with the franchise. The storyline was predictable and disappointing. Shame.

Offers nothing new to the franchise. It is fearful. The fear is of damaging the money making machine. I loved "Bourne Identity." Think of Matt Damon in "Good Will Hunting" and "The Talented Mr Ripley" then boycott this rubbish.

The bad: Shaky, out of focus camerawork 12A rating Absolutely no story Bourne tries to communicate telepathically The very bad: Damon has 45 lines in the entire 2 hr movie, of which 19 lines have 3 words or less. Avoid.

Love the Bourne films so was a little disappointed with this one. They could have worked in a cameo of Jeremy Renner's and Joan Allen's characters. Still better than the last three Bond films.
