We are not responsible for loss or damage which is not foreseeable.
13.2. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. 13.4. Each paragraph of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
13.5. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you where you have not complied with these Terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
14.1. If you live in the UK, these Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in a part of the UK which is not England, you can choose whether to bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, or the English courts.

If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to use alternative dispute resolution. The European Commission has established a website for online dispute resolution which is available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, and which is designed to assist consumers in resolving disputes online without having to go to court.
