staying safe together

These measures will be in place in our cinemas for your safety, well being and enjoyment.

Please note: Following government guidelines, all guests over the age of 18 must carry either a COVID Vaccination Certificate with photo identification, their HSE vaccination record or a certificate based on recovery (immunity from prior infection with the last 6 months), and be prepared to present this if required by the cinema team.

Under 18s who are not fully vaccinated or have proof of immunity must be accompanied by an adult.

We are committed to the Health & Safety of our colleagues and guests and we operate under the agreed protocols described under the Guidance documents for the Safe Operations of Cinemas during COVID-19 Resilience and Recovery 2020-2021.

A Safer Space

  • We’re limiting the number of seats for sale for each film and guaranteeing unoccupied seats between parties to meet social distancing requirements.
  • We’re staggering the show start times to reduce queues and operating safe queuing measures with floor markings and cinema host support.

Safer buying

  • We recommend you book online for a contactless experience with all ticket checks conducted visually only.
  • We’re offering a range of pre-packaged food and drinks, with contactless till payments.
  • By purchasing a cinema ticket, you declare that all members of your party, over the age of 18, are fully vaccinated or have immunity from priori infection with the last six months. Every adult member will need to bring either their EU COVID Certificate, HSE vaccination record or a certificate based on recovery along with ID, and present on request when attending the cinema.

Enhanced cleaning throughout

  • We’ll have more frequent and more thorough cleaning routines throughout the cinema, with extra controls in all toilet facilities.
  • Stations offering sanitising gels and wipes with our compliments will be available at allocated points.

In the care of a well-trained team

  • All cinema teams have been trained on the new safety and hygiene measures.
  • Colleagues will be equipped with personal protective equipment - including face coverings and gloves.

We thank our guests for working with us to keep everyone safe.
